Known for his sleeveless, whimsical synergy with the fans, Geoff “Stylust Beats” Reich has been creating his own counterculture since he was a teenager. A skate punk and hip-hop devotee, this groundbreaking DJ’s talent for fusing rap hooks and dubstep bass with multiple music genres has earned him the rep as a creative renegade carving his own path. With a style that captivates lovers of all music, the Canadian-bred San Francisco DJ has emerged as a frontrunner in the new wave of industry heavyweights. In a interview for MusicYouNeed.net, this stereophonic chameleon explains the method to his madness, “My goal is to make timeless bass music: I try to make every track an epic melodic adventure through many different genres.”


As a resident of Canada’s Shambhala Music Festival for the last 15 years, he’s honed his unique DJ-style of mashing genres, acapellas and tempo changes with live turntablism and impeccable music selections. Celebrated annually by fans around the world, his Shambhala mixes released every summer showcase the best of Sticky’s incredible ability to blend elements of funk, reggae, drum n’ bass and broken beats, all reworked and edited with exclusive acapellas, original productions, and sought-after custom VIPs.
As a DJ, Producer, and Educator, Tyler has dedicated his life to sharing his passion of music. When global touring came to a halt in early 2020, Sticky launched “The Different Strains Show” – a weekly live stream broadcast every Wednesday on Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook to his fans around the world, further cementing his impact as a leading tastemaker and positive icon in the worldwide DJ community.

Sean Rodman is a BC based songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist, who has drawn much of his inspiration and sound from the encompassing rural mountain lifestyle he cherishes. Having captured these roots in his music, he’s taken it across the world, sharing it through songs and performances with his projects, Moontricks, Gone Gone Beyond, and Red Eyed Soul.

Adham Shaikh is a Emmy and Juno Award-nominated music producer, composer, sound designer, and DJ who brings his uniquely powerful global sounds to the world stage and screen, not to mention many a crowded dance floor.
Adham has scored original soundtracks for numerous film and television productions, including National Geographic (Emmy nomination) , Sacred Planet (Disney Imax), Velcrow Ripper’s Fierce Light (National Film Board, Fierce Light Films), Rainbow Jaguars’ Earth Pilgrim, The Edge of the World: BC’s Early Years (Knowledge), and Secrets: (CBC’s Passionate Eye, Make Believe Media), for which he received a Leo Award for Best Musical Score in a Documentary Program. His music has also been licensed to an extensive list of media productions, including BBC Orphan BlacK , Suzuki Speaks (Avanti Pictures). Look out for his latest original work on the upcoming program 940 Caledonia.
Shaikh skillfully weaves organic and electronic sounds into global music tapestries that take listeners on sonic journeys transcending time and place. He has released 16 albums and many individual compositions, among them the 2004 release, Fusion, which was nominated for a Juno Award (Canadian Grammy) in the World Music category and Universal Frequencies (2010) which won best album ( BC Independent Music awards). Shaikh also co-produced and mixed the award-winning debut CD for global fusion group Delhi 2 Dublin, Produced the last two Buckman Coe albums and has finished re-mixing tracks for internationally renowned artists Nickodemus, Deya Dova, Kaya Project, Tripswitch and David Starfire, Delhi2Dublin, Desert Dwellers, Eccodeck, Issa Bagayogo, Ganga Giri , and the Footsteps in Africa Project (Turag remix) Shaikh’s work as both a live performer and a DJ has taken him to international festivals, events, and night clubs, He has toured extensively across North America, adham brings the show and the heat for any occasion.

Handsome Tiger is an Anishinaabe Métis, North African music producer/dj from Turtle Island, residing in Vancouver BC. His production blends traditional sounds from his culture alongside other Indigenous sounds, interwoven into the contemporary sounds of electronic bass music today. Named in CBC music’s 6 Indigenous artists you need to know in 2021 and CBC’s Reclaimed artists to watch in 2020. No stranger to the Vancouver and West Coast music community, Handsome Tiger has played countless shows and gathered numerous releases under his belt. With a love of bass music he’s been a strong advocate in supporting and contributing to many events in Vancouver’s underground Scene. Quickly becoming Canadian festival scene favourite with appearances at Bass Coast, Shambhala, Mutek to name a few. His DJ sets mix many flavours of sound system culture and Global bass sounds including dub, grime, dancehall, afrobeats, rap, reggaeton and more all woven together to light up any dance floor.
He’s shared the stage with artists such as EarthGang, DJ Shub, Snotty Nose Rez Kids, Ky-Mani Marley, Sister Nancy, The Librarian, DJ MADD, TMSV, Madam X, D Double E, Lady Chann, Hypho, Distinct Motive & Lighta! Sound.

Sivz is an artist born out of relentless hard work and true passion for the party. Using catchy lyric writing, intricate percussion, simple basslines, and dominant vocals as her ultimate tools for expression, her releases on labels like Farris Wheel Recordings, Monstercat, and Force of Habit have received massive responses from her dedicated fan base while gaining support from industry players like Gene Farris, Destructo, Nicky Romero, Sydney Blu, and Smalltown DJs and placing in Spotify’s editorial playlists.
When she’s not in the studio, Sivz is known for being an avid global music festival chaser trotting the globe to catch her favourite artists in action, connect with new crowds, and sharpen her skill at crafting the perfect set. A connoisseur of all things house, her music collection spans from loungey daytime house to the darkest warehouse techno. You can trust in her chameleon-like ability to deliver the right vibe for any occasion and leave you in drastically different places from where you started. Her calculated selections and memorable sets have led her to sharing Canada’s most iconic stages with the likes of the biggest players in house music including Kaskade, Green Velvet, Chris Lake, Mark Knight, and Claptone to name just a few. Touring the festival circuit with stellar performances at top festivals like Shambhala, Bass Coast, Snowbombing Canada, Fvded in the Park, and Contact, she has quickly become a fan favourite, often taking the cake for the most memorable and talked-about set of the weekend without fail.


BEN FOX has established himself as one of the go-to house DJs in Western Canada. Prolific on the stage and in the studio, this Shambhala Pagoda Stage resident DJ has had several Beatoort charting tunes including multiple #1 hits and thousands of streams across dozens of countries. He has consistently released his music on reputable house labels including ROCKBOTTOM- CURIOUS ENERGY-WYLDCARD-HOUSE OF HUSTLE just to name a few,
A regular act on the Canadian festival circuit. Ben continues to level up his game and enlighten his crowds with his versatile style as not only a house selector but turntablist, and rapper. He is known to unleash live vocals and his turntable skills when you least expect it, sprinkling in a few surprises as he draws on a diverse catalog of house music.
2023 is already shaping up to be BEN FOX s best year yet with plenty of releases locked and loaded and a full summer of bookings confirmed. MONKEYDRAGON, the brand-new collaboration of Adham Shaikh and Buckman Coe. It’s a live-electronic horn-fueled space odyssey thru spaghetti western landscapes blending Funk, Cumbia, Dub and Psychedelia.

After working together on “Malama Ka’ Aina” and “Gathering Storm” Buckman and Adham began expanding their ideas of what collaborations could sound like.
This side -project quickly became a portal for both to explore new things and new techniques. Incorporating looping pedals and electronics, brass, guitars layered vocals and live guests, the shows were a flying carpet ride of high vibes and joyous dancing.
A lot of fun was had developing these songs across BC at festivals and sweaty community halls with the tremendously towering trombones of Andy Cakes and the Sassy Brass of Harvey Paris. Most of the live shows were recorded and some very sweet moments were integrated back into the rich tapestry of the finished album.

Phat Taxi is a groove driven music collective spellbound by intergalactic entities on a mission to spread love through the art music. Navigating their way through time and space exploring the realms of soul psychedelia, roots, funk and sunshine reggae.
Led by singer songwriter Evan Kinsella featuring talented musicians throughout the Sea to Sky Corridor of British Columbia and coast to coast. The band is excited to be hitting the road in the summer of 2023 boasting a sultry sound that demands to be heard live. Releasing their debut EP 2023 and landing in a town near you soon!

Dubconscious has come to represent both the east & the western coast of Canada. Born and raised in the Toronto area, he attended University in Victoria before spending 2 years in Nelson BC, snowboarding in the winters & working with the talent department at Shambhala and as talent buyer with their venue, Bloom Nightclub. Since then, he’s gone on to become a resident of the Living Room (Beach) Stage over the past decade, also turning in 4 years of performances at Bass Coast.
After a stint in East Vancouver, this seasoned selector has returned to the Kootenays with a plethora of fresh flavours to pop off inna dance – substantial basslines meet a roots reggae infusion, reggae and dancehall intermingle, funky bashment vibes and bass-infused house face off, with elements of classic hip hop and trip hop intertwined, the drum’n’bass and jungle pulse keeping things lively, spacey halftime beats blend into thick dubwise riddims – and it’s all tied together with a dash of turntablism.

Playing music since the mid 90s, Naasko’s been aboard many festivals around the world both as a DJ and as production crew. He’s managed record labels and stages, worked in music licensing and has produced several events over the years. His current focus however is closer to home where he works with Sweetgrass Cannabis in the Kootenays.

Craig Mullin will ignite the dancefloor as he brings his expertise and finesse to the Electric Butterfly stage this summer. Known for his illustrious career spanning over two decades, Craig Mullin has made his mark on large festivals, intimate gatherings, and diverse venues, leaving a trail of electrifying performances in his wake. From his iconic “Music for Bathtubs” to his genre-blending fusion of funk, disco, punk, electro, and techno, Craig’s sound is a testament to his boundless creativity and innovative spirit.
As he plots his next move in the majestic mountains of the BC interior, Craig Mullin continues to push the boundaries of his craft, curating impressive sets that transport his audiences to new sonic dimensions.

Marie-claude was Born in Quebec. Since she was little she has always been fascinated by music, art, nature and human history. She started play piano & guitar when she was in high school. she moved to Montreal in 2011 to studie Visual and scenic arts in College vieux Montreal, lived in commune with 6 others peoples and started Djing. She discover the underground Montreal music scene with her group of friends and started to get involved. Started learning about Turntable, Ableton, AKAI, Serato, Scratch and everything that goes with Soundmaking.
Then her friends started there Own sound compagnie Call: NobassNofun that become a succes. Montreal was a amazing experience for her, this is where she learned mostly everything. After 3 years she decided to move to BC for the Mountain lifestyle she was looking for. The scene in Fernie allowed maéo to expend her creative side and to offer a spectacular audio visual experience during her own party.
Dj and Events planner , she started her own event production called WildLife events. where she did many fundraiser for good causes.
Maéo is a multi disciplined artist who paints , fire dance, writes,play lives instrument & Dj’s .
Her style goes from deep house, world soulful beats, dark deep techno, with a hit of psychedelic feel to it.
She also love breaks, and half time tempo.

Rippel has been on the hip-hop scene since 1994, writing, producing, breaking, scratching. He is a local BC hip-hop legend and has been the original hip-hop ambassador for Shambhala Music Festival since its inception. He has performed at numerous clubs, festivals, and venues, with over 1500 live shows under his belt. Throughout his career, he has maintained a dedicated following, including artists such as Aceyalone, Abstract, Rude, Zion-I, Busdriver, Atmosphere, Beatnuts, Del the Funky Homosapien, Blackalicious, Lyrics Born, Buku-One, Killa Kella, Mike Relm, MTA, Awol One, Masta Ace, Cunninlynguists, Wordsworth, and even 2 Live Crew, just to name a few.

A deep-rooted favorite in the local Kootenay music scene, and long time performer at Shambhala Music Festival, FLUXO has been getting the masses down and dirty with his fresh hip hop fused electronic beats for many years. He began making music in the early 2000s and has continued to grow and develop into the talented artist he is today. We welcome him home here at Rosebud Lake, and can’t wait to hear what he’s got to throw down!
